About the event
Wonder Workshop is three hours of thinking differently.
It is a fast paced, practical session designed to interrupt habitual ways of thinking, sharpen your attention and open up new possibilities in your work and what might come next.
Through practical exercises drawn from creativity, innovation and experience design, we explore how to notice more, recognise patterns and connections, generate stronger ideas, and think differently about the people and audiences around our work.
Along the way, we explore a bigger question: what helps people flourish? How might curiosity, imagination, connection and the experiences we create contribute to work and lives that feel more meaningful?
At the heart of the workshop is wonder.
Wonder is a state of heightened attention and openness that occurs when we encounter something unexpected, intriguing or meaningful. It interrupts habitual thinking, invites curiosity and expands what we consider possible.
Wonder isn't passive awe. It's an active practice of noticing, questioning, imagining and making new connections.
Expect to think, talk, make, notice, laugh and leave with some new ways of looking at the world.
A note about registration
Places are limited and these workshops tend to fill quickly. Please register for one place only. If you'd like to come with a friend or colleague, we'd love to have them, but please ask them to register separately so we have an accurate participant list.
